We have four courses within a short drive. Need fresh water? We have Lake Lopez within 15 miles. Salt water is our specialty. Surfing , Kite Boarding, Pier Fishing, Skim Boarding or just swimming is right at our front door.
Immediately south of Pismo Beach is the Oceano sand dune area . It is recognized by scientists, conservationists, government agencies, and the public as the finest, most extensive coastal dunes remaining in California.
Pismo Beach is surrounded by golf courses. There is horseback riding on the beach, fishing off of our pier. Kite surfing is starting to show up on a regular basis when the wind is right. There is a selection of trails to explore ( map .pdf) We have it all!
